All production areas are built using food grade cladding, to ensure high standards of hygiene are maintained. There is a separate, dedicated high risk area for our salad production to ensure cross contamination cannot occur. Our vegetable process areas are continuing to be improved, All raw materials and finished products are stored within temperature controlled stores to ensure freshness and shelf life.
2008 will be the year when we upgrade our plant, changing production layout and equipment all to help improve our quality even further. We are pretty excited about it, and can't wait to get started!
